Description
Silver Swan Soy Sauce is a classic Filipino soy sauce (toyo) brand owned by NutriAsia. It is one of the most popular and widely used soy sauces in the Philippines. Milder and slightly sweeter than many Japanese or Chinese soy sauces, with a smooth, rounded taste from caramel colouring. Water, soybean extract, wheat, iodized salt, caramel colour, and a small amount of preservative (usually potassium sorbate). Some formulations also include flavour enhancers (MSG, disodium inosinate/guanylate) and yeast extract.
