Pinakurat Spicy Vinegar 250ml (officially Suka Pinakurat) is a well-known Filipino spiced coconut vinegar. Fermented coconut nectar/sap (the main base, often ~85%), chilli (usually siling labuyo / bird’s eye), garlic, onion, ginger, sweet peppers, and salt. It is generally marketed as all-natural with no preservatives or artificial additives. Shake well before use because the spices settle.
